Adobada

Add packet to an approximately 2lb pork roast in a crockpot (may also use oven), cook on low. After 12 hours remove and discard bone and any intact fat. Shred meat and stir in its own juices. This perfect blend of spices provides an authentic Mexican Adobada flavor of spicy with a hint of sweetness.
 
Optional: Blend spice mix with 16oz can of tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of liquid smoke and 1/8 cup of vinegar. Pour over meat at beginning of cooking process.
