Posole Blanco

For our customers who prefer white Posole/Menudo. Add packet to two pounds of chopped pork and cook over medium heat until done. Rinse & drain two 25 ounce cans of hominy or equivalent of fresh cooked hominy to pot, stir and serve hot. May serve with fresh Pico De Gallo, shredded cabbage, sliced radishes, and fresh lemon wedges.
