Chicken Seasoning
Place 1.5 pounds of chicken (for best flavor use equal amounts of thighs & breasts) in cooking pot. Add 1/2 cup of water & spice packet. Cover & cook thoroughly until chicken falls away from bone. Use strainer to remove chicken from broth. Remove & discard skin & bone. Shred for tacos, burritos, salads, etc.
May also be used as a dry rub on grilled meat!
